Yes! All our products use monk fruit extract and contain zero added sugar. No artificial sweeteners, just pure coffee or tea joy.

Absolutely. Our products are made with premium, natural ingredients. We’re FSSAI and GSTIN registered, so your health and safety are our priority.


3. Do you ship across India?

Yes, we ship pan-India! Shipping is free for orders above ₹2999.


4. How do I order from V-NUTRIFIT’s Store?

5. How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major payment methods: UPI, Razorpay, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT available.

Yes! Just log in to your account using your registered email/phone number and OTP. You can view your order history, order status, and tracking details any time.


7. I’m not receiving OTP for login. What should I do?

If you don’t get your OTP, double-check your registered email/phone number, and check your spam/promotions folder. If it still doesn’t work, contact us on WhatsApp and we’ll assist you ASAP.


8. How do I track my order shipment?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/Email powered by Shiprocket. You can also track your order in your account dashboard.


9. How fast will my order be delivered?

We process and ship orders within 24-48 hours. Delivery usually takes 2-5 working days depending on your location.

Yes, just tick the “GST Invoice” option at checkout and enter your GST number.
